The Public Services Zone contains all ESRC-funded research into public service policy and reform, in an accessible, practitioner-led format. Researchers from the fields of economics, political science, management, accounting, social psychology and public policy have investigated the impact of reforms in central and local government, health, education, the police, the voluntary sector and more, to identify the key lessons from past policy and practice for those who are building the public services of the future.
