ESRC Society Today

This joint initiative between the ESRC and the Scottish Government (TSG) is an opportunity for ESRC current PhD award holders in their 2nd or 3rd year to undertake a 3 month internship at the Scottish Government working on a topic grounded in the social sciences.

There are twenty internships for this organisation, available to start between January and October 2010. There is also a pool that students can apply for in case additional opportunites arise throughout the year.  Further details are on the proposal.

The closing date for applications to the Joint ESRC/TSG initiative is Wednesday 30th September 2009.
