Joint ESRC and POST Internship Initiative
This joint initiative between the ESRC and the Parliamentary Office of Science and Technology (POST) is an opportunity for ESRC PhD award holders in their 2nd or 3rd year to undertake a 3 month Internship at POST working on issues of public policy interest. The award holders offered the Internship would receive a 3 month fully funded extension to their PhD award. Up to 2 Internships are available staggered throughout 2009. If successful the start date can be any date between early January and mid September 2008. The closing date for the joint ESRC/POST initiative is Wednesday 12th November 2008.
