Requests must be made in writing and must include your name and either an email or postal address. Please be as specific as possible about the information you would like as this helps us to respond promptly. It would be helpful to include a telephone number so that we can contact you to discuss your request if necessary.

Exempt information

Your right of access to information is subject to a range of exemptions covering issues like security, international relations and commercial confidentiality. We may need to apply a public interest test to decide whether or not we can release some information.
