Is an End of Award Report required?
The Evaluation team will contact all grant holders who are required to submit an End of Award Report, up to three months before the Report is due.
End of Award Reports are not required on all ESRC awards. To avoid unnecessary preparation of an End of Award Report, grant holders should read the relevant guidance on evaluating individual projects. If still in doubt, contact the Evaluation team on 01793 413112 or email reportsofficer@esrc.ac.uk.
There are alternative reporting requirements for some ESRC awards, including Postdoctoral Fellowships and ESRC Studentship awards. RELU projects also have a specific report form which will be supplied to grant holders directly.
Grant holders should take care to comply with the specific reporting requirements set out in their contracts. If you are in any doubt, please contact your ESRC case officer in the first instance.
