Case studies

As well as the conventional books, newspapers, and journal articles collected under the remit of Social Sciences, there are other kinds of material in a variety of formats. From official government publications, like reports and white papers, to oral histories on a range of topics, there are many different forms of content that can be used in exciting ways for original research.

The following case studies highlight some of the materials we hold (from the well-known to the esoteric) as well as directing you towards our catalogues and services. They include video interviews with curators, examples of the ways in which the content has been used, and personal testimonies from academic researchers.
