The tasks on this CD aim at teaching Year 2 & 3 pupils how to use what is commonly known as the ‘magic e’ rule and to use a rule to decide when the ‘k’ sound at the end of words is spelt with ‘k’ or ‘ck’. The tasks have been developed to help pupils understand and automatise spelling rules while making learning to spell fun.
