TLRP: Understanding inversion: Maths CD 1
The tasks on this CD aim at helping Year 2 & 3 pupils understand the connection between problem situations and arithmetic operations. In some of these problems the connection is quite direct; in others, the arithmetical operation required for the solution is the inverse of the action that took place in the story problem. The tasks have been designed to make this learning fun.
