Evaluation of the lean programme in HMCS : final report
This report highlights the main findings from an independent evaluation of the Lean Programme in HM Courts Service (HMCS) between November 2009 and April 2010. The remit of the work was to evaluate the Lean programme across administrative (admin) functions of HMCS through visiting a sample of courts across England and Wales carrying out interviews and focus groups with staff, conducting a survey of change agents and analysing relevant documentation.
