Project launch NDA - design for ageing well
Project Launch hosted at University of Wales Newport NDA- Design for Ageing Well- Invited guests from Academia/Industry attended. Launch day 28th April 2009 Hi-tech clothes which merge technology with textiles to improve the quality of life for the ageing population will be created in a ground-breaking research project which was launched at the University of Wales, Newport on 28th April 2009. The New Dynamics of Ageing (NDA) research programme will be carried out at the University’s Smart Clothes and Wearable Technology Research Centre which has successfully attracted major research funding for the three year project from the UK’s joint research council.
