This is an ESRC research seminar. Find out about our other research seminars.
Although we focus specifically on medium-sized businesses - typically those employing between 50 and 499 people - our series offers implications above and beyond this sector.
Our purpose is to create cross-disciplinary dialogue, reflecting on HRM’s role in setting the scene for knowledge creation and exchange (Seminar 1), promoting external liaison (Seminar 2), developing leaders (Seminar 3), building individual skills (Seminar 4) and enabling the natural creativity of the workforce to unfold (Seminar 5).
Our intention is to look for synergies across these diverse perspectives in order to better understand the role that people management plays in this complex and fascinating area.
Although places for the seminars are free, numbers are strictly limited (max 35 participants), so to be sure of your place please book early, by contacting the seminar administrators, Jenny Surtees and Margarita Nyfoudi, at firstname.lastname@example.org
