How social marketing changes public behaviour

This online event hosted by the Institute for Social Marketing at the Open University (ISM-Open) will use several fun, interactive online activities to introduce the general public to social marketing and the way it is used to influence behaviours such as alcohol reduction, smoking cessation and healthy eating.
