The meaning of water

Water is one of the most valuable resources on the planet, connecting people, plants and animals, in a web of political, social and economic activities. Through films, talks and hands-on learning activities, this event aims to raise public awareness of the global water crisis; as well as explore the social, cultural, and symbolic meanings of water, as they exist in the everyday lives of communities around the world.
