These discussion events focus on two contemporary topics of relevance and interest to a public audience – 'Educational achievement in Bristol schools' (1 November) and ‘The Big Society in Bristol’ (3 November). Each event will open with two short presentations, followed by 40 minutes of open discussion between academics and audience.
